What's included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning keeps your home fresh and tidy on a regular basis. We dust accessible surfaces like tables, furniture, shelves, and door frames; clean and polish mirrors and glass; wipe and disinfect countertops and sinks; and clean the outside of appliances along with the stovetop. In bathrooms, we disinfect the toilet inside and out, clean showers, tubs, and fixtures, and sanitize sinks and counters. We also do light tidying, empty the trash and replace liners, and vacuum and mop every floor.

What's included in a deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom reset. In the kitchen we degrease the stove, burners, and range hood, wipe down all appliances, clean the microwave inside and out, and disinfect countertops, backsplashes, and the sink. In bathrooms we remove hard-water buildup, mold, and soap scum from tile, tubs, and showers, polish glass doors, and disinfect toilets, sinks, and fixtures. Across bedrooms and living areas we dust every surface plus baseboards, trim, and light switches, wipe blinds and ceiling-fan blades, and clear cobwebs. Finally we vacuum carpets and rugs, vacuum and mop all hard floors, and empty every bin with fresh liners.

Are there any tasks the cleaning doesn't include?

Unless arranged with us in advance, our team doesn't move heavy furniture that could be unsafe to lift, clean high ceilings or exterior windows that require tall ladders, or handle biohazards such as bodily fluids, pet waste, or severe toxic mold.

What if my space is dirtier than usual but I don't want a full deep clean?

No problem. In that case we simply charge an hourly rate for the extra time involved, so you only pay for the work your space actually needs.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. We bring everything needed, including vacuums, equipment, and specialized products. We're also happy to use the specific products you prefer in your home, just let us know.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. Every member of our team is fully insured, trained, and background-checked before they ever set foot in your space.

What happens if something gets damaged during the cleaning?

We carry liability insurance that covers any accidental damage. It's rare thanks to our trained, careful team, but you're fully protected just in case.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many clients leave us a copy of their key and go about their day. You are also welcome to stay home if you prefer.

How do you handle pets in the home?

We love pets! Our team is comfortable working around them and we use pet-friendly products to keep your furry family members safe.

How do you price your services?

The final price is always given on-site, based on the size of your property and the type of cleaning. Reach out for a free, personalized quote with no obligation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, Zelle, PayPal, and cash.

Do you offer discounts for recurring service?

Yes. We have preferential rates for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning plans, just ask and we'll find the schedule that works best for you.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If anything falls short, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Of course. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.
